While the theoretical units take place on campus, the practical modules are carried out either in the Complexe Agricole Kalassa 1 or in the school garden Kalassa 2. The lessons take place in small groups and cover various subject areas. The content in particular is taught through hands-on experience, equipping the trainees with the skills and confidence needed to independently cultivate and manage their own gardens and lifestock after completing the course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">82 young women were accepted for this course &#8211; twice as many had applied. Applications were received via the Vocational Training Commission of the National Transition Council (CNT) and the municipalities of the Mand\u00e9 region. After careful consideration in terms of age and education, 74 candidates were initially selected and later supplemented by successors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The atmosphere among the young women is warm and lively &#8211; as if they have known each other for a long time.
