Herb harvest

Over the past weeks, herbs were harvested and processed at the CAAS agricultural operation. Lemongrass, basil, and kinkeliba, which is used as an herbal tea, were sorted, cut, gently dried, and packaged.

The scale of the recent harvest shows that large-scale herb cultivation at the CAAS agricultural operation is beginning, alongside its importance for training, to reach commercially interesting quantities, particularly with kinkeliba.
