Graduation of the 9th Training Cohort

On March 29, 2026, the 9th training cohort at CAAS was celebrated in a graduation ceremony held on campus. After six months of intensive, hands-on training, 78 participants received their certificates.

The ceremony was opened by the Secretary General of the Ministry of Entrepreneurship, Employment and Vocational Training, Mr. Drissa Guindo, on behalf of the Minister. The Mayor of Siby and the representative of the National Transitional Council (CNT), Ms. Keita Fatoumata Niambélé, also addressed the graduates.

The National Coordinator of CAAS, Salaha Baby, highlighted in his speech the development of the participants and the quality of the training.

What stood out most was the strong turnout: over 200 representatives of the network of women’s organizations for participatory citizenship (ROCP), numerous actors from politics and civil society, as well as 165 graduates from previous cohorts attended the event. This strong presence reflects how closely connected and steadily growing the CAAS network has become.

The celebration took place in a lively and festive atmosphere, accompanied by music and cultural performances. Afterwards, many guests took the opportunity to visit the campus and its facilities.

The participation of over 200 representatives of the network of women’s organizations for participatory citizenship (ROCP) was a particular highlight.
An additional 165 alumni from the past eight cohorts also took part in the celebrations.
