At the beginning of June, CAAS was able to put a new peanut roasting machine from Pisto Maschinenbau into operation. Batches of 25 kg can now be roasted evenly within 20 minutes.
Peanuts are used in Malian cuisine, for example, as the basis of a very popular sauce.
